Return Policy

At Carlo we believe in creating a great online, hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers so that they love shopping with us as much as they love our products. So, if you ever have to make an exchange with us, we have an extremely convenient exchange policy for your benefit.

 

Step 1:

Simply go to any of Dilly & Carlo Outlet within 7 days of delivery with the price tags to request for an exchange.

   

Exchange Terms and Conditions

 

In-case of exchange…

 

Exchanges are done only within 7 days since the garment is purchased.

 

All items should be new, unused, and with all Carlo brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

 

The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they're packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.

 

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price. If the new item’s value is less than the previous item’s value, the balance will not be refunded.

 

 

 

All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange policy.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange.

 

Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the store.

 

Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged.

 

Orders made through our website cannot be picked up from the shop.

 

We do not provide cash backs or refunds.

 

 

In-case of receiving a damaged item…

 

In the event of receiving a damaged garment, the exchange will be done free of charge.

 

A request to replace a damaged item should be made within 3 days since receiving said item.

 

All damaged items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request to ensure if the garments are unworn/ unused despite of the damage.
